Is infidelity a crime when it breaks a marriage? Probably yes, one would say. And like every crime it deserves a just punishment. But it gets no one. In the law codex there is no indications that infidelity is unlawful. It may seem unjust. And it is. According to the law, a breakage of a marriage turns out to be completely legal.

So you see yourself, that a divorce, being a death of the marriage, may not be called a just punishment. It is only an unjust sequel and nothing more or less. Maybe something else could be possible? So, ask yourself can you overcome infidelity? Maybe it could be much better and easier if you got in some divorce groups? There is only one way to find it out by taking part in divorce discussions. Join them and try to find your own solution of the problem that is about to knock you out. It is not painful. Just the opposite.
